Version 1.2 is live!
Hello dearest fans, we are sorry
that we don’t write that often, but being employed and working on games in our
free time left us with so little time that we barely have enough to respond to
messages and comments. But we’re still here working hard and slowly getting
ready for the Global Game Jam 2014. But this isn’t a blog post about US, it’s
about WizTown battle! Our first game on GameJolt.com since 9th of
December that got:

27 ratings which gave as an Overal Rating of 4,6
from 5
·
Lot of comments, suggestions and thoughts from
fans.
·
And yea….we earned our first 1.09$ from ads and
had a little celebration! Thanks Gamejolt!
For us, these numbers mean a lot.
We will continue working on WizTown Battle, we will keep it playable in your
favorite Web Browsers and it will be free to play forever. We plan on adding
many levels, new towns and new Dragon Heads J
But for now, let us tell you what we added in this version:
Bugs Fixed:
·
Fixed in-game music loop bug (now the music
loops properly).
·
Fixed game running in the background while on
tutorial screen.
·
Fixed some collision issues.
·
Fixed Fath’s death animation.
·
Improved overall code.
·
The tutorial screen now only appears when you
run the game through the PLAY button on the splash screen. It does not appear
every time when you replay the level or run it through the level screen.
·
The opening chest with our logo now only appears
the first time you start the game.
V1.2 News:
·
Particle effects added on Wiz Bullet (fancy!)
·
Wiz bullet got some new art and animation.
·
Dragon Head death animation improved.
·
Added mute button on splash screen. For now it
mutes all audio(music+ sound effects).
·
Removed “like us it’s motivating” pop up window
on level screen.
Future Plans:
·
After purchasing a Construct 2 license, we are
now able to add more levels. This is our priority.
·
After working on a game for World Game
Development Championship 2013, we now know how to add achievements in a game.
We plan to do this in WizTown Battle also.
·
Pause screen and more particle effects are also
coming in next update.
·
We plan on making new character abilities and
new Dragon Head abilities which will keep the game difficult but fair, both for
players and the AI. J

And there are many other things we keep secret
for now.
